Program Eligibility
|

Architects
|
Available to all licensed architects in the State of Indiana who are members of an architects association. This includes their full-time active employees.
|
|
Attorneys
|
Available to al licensed attorneys in the State of Indiana who are members of an attorney association. This includes their full-time active employees.
|
|
Bankers Association
|
Available to all bankers in Indiana who are members of a bankers association. This includes their full-time active employees.
|
|
Certified Public Accountants
|
Available to all certified public accountants residing in Indiana.
|
|
Chiropractic Association
|
Available to all licensed chiropractors who are members of a chiropractic association. This includes their full-time active employees.
|
|
Dental Association
|
Available to all dentists in Indiana who own and/or operate a dental office and who are members of a dental association. This includes their full-time active employees.
|
|
Educators
|
Available to all elementary, middle, and high school teachers in public and private Indiana schools. School administrators in these schools are also eligible.
|
|
Engineering Association
|
Available to all licensed engineers in Indiana who are members of an Engineering Association. This includes their full-time active employees.
|
|
Funeral Directors Association
|
Available to all licensed funeral directors in Indiana who are members of a funeral directors association. This includes their full-time active employees.

|
Indiana Optometric Association
|
Available to all members of the Indiana Optometric Association and active employees of these members.
|
|
Nurses
|
Available to all registered or licensed practical nurses who are current members of a nurses’ association.
|
|
Prime Rewards Plus
|
Available to all current members of AARP.
|
|
West Bend Associates
|
Available to current employees of West Bend Mutual Insurance Company.

West Bend Insurance Agents
|
Available to current owners, officiers, partners, or employees of a West Bend agency. This program is not intended for companies affiliated with or who own West Bend agencies, such as banks, savings and loans, or insurance companies. Only those who are employed by the agency and who work directly with West Bend in the property and casualty business are eligible.
